Mjejane Game Reserve being unique in so many aspects, necessitates a close relationship between the Developers, the owners and other role players to facilitate continuous interaction and understanding between all parties.
The Reserve is managed by a Managing Agent appointed by the Developers on behalf of the Home Owners Association, as provided for in the Memorandum of Articles and Association. Each and every purchaser must also undertake to accept the rights, privileges and duties contained in the Incorporation Agreement concluded with The Kruger National Park.
As set out in the Home Owners Association Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Developers will always have representation on the Board of the Company, and reserve the right to retain control of the management of the development and the environment in the capacity of “guardian”.
Only investors willing to accept these conditions will be able to purchase land in Mjejane Game Reserve, thereby becoming a part of the responsible force guarding the interest of nature, and the inhabitants of the reserve.
The ‘Common Property’ on Mjejane (the remainder of the land after all the stands have been sub-divided out) will not be transferred to the Home Owners Association. This land will remain the
property of the Mjejane Community with a “right of use” in favour of the Home Owners Association registered over it.
